Cancellation policy
Full refund until 31 July, minus bank fees and admin charge of A$100
50% refund 1 August to 2 October, minus banking/credit card fees and admin charge of A$100
No refund from 3 October
Please note: Refund can vary from paid amount in foreign currency due to exchange rate fluctuation. Please allow up to eight weeks from closure of conference for any refund payments.
Insurance
Insurance of any kind is NOT included in registration fees - it is advised that delegates take out appropriate health and travel insurances prior to travelling. The Conference Organisers do not take any responsibility for delegates failing to insure.
Key terms and conditions
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. It is not transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
6. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
7. This ticket has been created and managed using the floktu site, and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of floktu.
8. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, AHK Australia is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact the Organiser.
10. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
11. If the event is cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
12. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
